* New WCRI members living in a dorm-style accommodation in the Fall term are required to pay an $800
two-term commitment deposit.
This amount is held on the member’s account and used to pay residence fees for a second 4-month contract in the immediately following Winter or Spring term.
It is possible for a new member to live at WCRI for only one term, however their $800 deposit is forfeited if they do not re-apply.
