IMPORTANT NOTES

Several PRIZES will be drawn throughout the meeting. A main prize of a SONY Wi-fi eReader will be drawn at the end of the meeting. You must be in attendance to win.
FREE SNACKS and pi bucks will be provided to all attendees.
Members INTERESTED IN RUNNING FOR THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR should contact the president at president@wcri.coop to schedule a meeting time for an introduction session to find out about nomination procedures and board processes. There is one eight-month position available.
Members must present VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION (i.e., driver's license, student card, passport, health card with picture, etc.) in order to vote in the election of directors.
New business NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AGENDA must be submitted to the President at president@wcri.coop by January 30th, 2012. To protect those members who cannot attend the meeting, only unimportant business will be added to the agenda in this manner. New business can be brought to the office or emailed to president@wcri.coop.

All interested members are encouraged to attend and participate in this meeting.

ELECTION OF JUDICIAL COORDINATOR

WCRI has a judicial system that exists to provide an open forum for the resolution of disputes between members and between member management and members. WCRI is looking for a member interested in becoming the Judicial Coordinator for the Winter 2012 Term.

Please note that the Judicial Coordinator shall not be a member of the Board or Directors and cannot hold any other inter-Divisional or Divisional position which has fining or voting authority.

All candidates should review the current Judicial Policy for more information about the role and the election process.

ELECTION OF ICC CHAIR

WCRI's Inter Co-operative Council is a group of member volunteers and leaders that come together in formal and informal settings to encourage and support member participation, enhance member communication, and build linkages between and within the voluntary member participation structure at the Co-op. WCRI is looking for a member interested in becoming the ICC Chair for the Winter 2012 Term.
