Peer Support Phone Line (PALS)
PALS is an anonymous and confidential support phone line. It is run by trained volunteers who are ready to offer support and referrals to all members of the University of Waterloo student body.
PALS operates from 6pm until midnight, seven days a week. 519-888-4860 (local)or 1-800-704-PALS (when away from campus at home, or on co-op).

Student Security Members will meet you at parking lots, bus stops, buildings, and residences; escort you for buses, cabs, or until your vehicle starts. All requests will be accommodated by one male and one female member on foot. It is the Service's goal to not exceed a waiting time of 15 minutes.
