The single rooms within apartments are located in the three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments, in the buildings known as Carver, Clayfield, and Kershaw at 268 Phillip Street. There are 22 three-bedroom units, and 23 four-bedroom units allotted on a single room basis. All of these apartments are single-level units, and some have balconies.

• Three-bedroom apartments are unfurnished except for a fridge and stove.
• Four-bedroom apartments are partially furnished, with a fridge and stove,and common area furniture (dining and living room furniture).
• Individual bedrooms are unfurnished.
• Roomates are found for you.
• Locks are provided on individual bedroom doors.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Phone jacks are available in each bedroom, as well as in the common area of the apartment (arrangements for phone service must be made by the occupants).
• Rogers cable hookups are available in every apartment (occupants must arrange cable services).
• The ontario property tax credit can be claimed for occupancy fees paid.
• Inexpensive laundry facilities are available on site.
• Vcr's and vacuum cleaners are available for use within the buildings.
• Inexpensive parking is available.
• Outdoor bike racks are available.
• Mailboxes are located within each building.
