WHAT IS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS?

The Board of Directors is:

• a legal entity
• the trustee of the members
• responsible for financial management on a global level
• responsible for establishing and maintaining a structure in the co-op

The WCRI Board of Directors meets once a month in the A1 Boardroom at 280 Phillip Street and the date of the meeting is set by the board.

Upcoming Board meetings include:

• Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 2:00pm
• Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 2:00pm
• Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 2:00pm
• Saturday, June 3, 2012 at 10:00am.

There are (10) ten Directors that are elected regularly at the Annual General Meeting (held during the Fall Term) for a (1) one year term. Any vacancies arising on the board before this meeting will be filled by election at the next regular General Meeting, to be held at 7:00pm on Sunday, June 3, 2012.
