WHAT IS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS?
The Board of Directors is:
- a legal entity
- the trustee of the members
- responsible for financial management on a global level
- responsible for establishing and maintaining a structure in the co-op
The WCRI Board of Directors meets once a month in the A1 Boardroom at 280 Phillip Street and the date of the meeting is set by the board. Generally the dates are set four months in advance (running up to the next general meeting - for Fall 2010 this date is Sunday, October 3rd).
Upcoming Board meetings include:
- Sunday, June 20, 2010 @ 3:00pm
- Sunday, July 25, 2010 @ 11:00am
- Sunday, August 15, 2010 @ 12:00pm
- Saturday, September 11, 2010 @ 10:00am
- Saturday, October 2, 2010 @ 10:00am.
There are (10) ten Directors that are elected regularly at WCRI General Meetings (Annual General Meeting, Winter General Meeting, Spring General Meeting) for a (1) one year term.

If you would like to contact the Board of Directors, you can do it two ways:
- Look on the front page of the member directory that is distributed each term.
- Use the Board Email. This will be sent to the president who can direct it appropriately within the board.
